When you’re caught up in the stop-and-go of life, it can be really easy to get overwhelmed and find yourself feeling down on yourself. Here are 10 easy ways to make your own day and get back in the groove of things.
1) Take care of yourself. when you look good, you feel good.
2) Get your nails done. or your hair. Or both.
3) Go through old pictures. people change. However, memories do not.
4) Set aside a day just for you. (So important!!!)
5) Update your music library. Everyone can use some new music.
6) Make (and eat!!!) your favorite food.
7) SMILE. Smiling alone is proven to enhance your mood. Try it – I promise.
8) Go outside on a sunny day. (This may seem obvious, but you would be surprised how easy it is to stay inside.)
9) Watch your favorite movie.
10) Do some form of a physical activity. Your choice. Endorphins are N O T a myth.
(Okay, I lied) 11) Most importantly, do what pleases YOU. Not. anyone. else.

With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement?
My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either authored
myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement.

Hi! I’ve only run into this issue once or twice. As soon as I saw my pictures being used without my permission, I reached out to the owner of the site and politely asked that they either give credit or take it down.
