Hello, hello! I can’t believe it’s already Wednesday… not complaining though, whatsoever. How was everyone’s day? Lost track of time at work today and was almost there until 7… oops! Not so bad when you’re enjoying what you’re doing.
So, I’m trying to get back in the swing of things with blogging, and of course, this means more style posts. It’s about time – jeez!!! This sounds so basic, but I really wish I could have a personal photographer with me at (almost) all times. There are so many days I want to feature an outfit on the blog, but then I feel weird making someone do an impromptu shoot for me… truly a #firstworldproblem.
Once in a while, I’ll bite the bullet and ask a friend to take a few shots of me real quick – and I’ll try to make the most of what I’m given. I will say, I was pleased with these – which I’m glad about, because I was really digging this look. I am hugely into combining fashion and comfort, and this was definitely an athleisure-inspired outfit. One of my favorite looks ever is a graphic sweatshirt underneath a leather jacket. It gives it a little edge and sleekness, but also keeps you cozy and warm.
Leggings and sneakers are the greatest combo since Nutella and pretzels. And hats and second-day hair go together like avocados and toast. (Can you tell I haven’t eaten dinner yet?) So, needless to say, this outfit was all-around working in my favor. If I got paid for every time I said “UGH”, I would be living on the other side of the world, with my loans paid off – so this sweatshirt could not be any more ‘Taylor’ if I tried. (Hard to tell, but in the millennial pink box [we all know how I feel about millennial pink], the hoodie says “U G H” ).
Baseball Cap: Zumies $12
Leather Jacket: Urban Outfitters (Unfortunately I can’t remember the price [I got it over 5 years ago, isn’t that crazy?!] – I believe it was on sale for under $50?
Sweatshirt: Cotton On $20
Zippered Leggings: H&M $10
Sneakers: Vans $65
Truly,
Taylor
